These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we"), which runs Twilit. By creating an account or using Twilit, you agree to them, to our Community Guidelines, and to how we handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Who can use Twilit

To use the app, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• be able to form a binding contract where you live;
• not have been banned from the app before;
• not be required to register as a sex offender anywhere;
• not be barred from using the app by law.

You get one account. Your profile must be about you, with your real age.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Edit profile, then Delete account).

How you use it

Follow the Community Guidelines. In short, never:

• harass, threaten or scam anyone;
• post anything sexual involving a minor, which we report to the authorities;
• share intimate images of anyone without their consent;
• use bots, scripts or other automation;
• sell anything, or solicit anyone.

We use automated checks and human review to find this. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or that put people at risk.

Your content

You own what you post: photos, videos, prompts, messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, show and process it to run and improve the app, including checking it for safety. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep (see the Privacy Policy).

Only post what you have the right to share. Do not post other people’s private information.

Private photos

Private photos can only be sent between two adults who have both turned them on, or agreed to them in a chat. They are checked before delivery; explicit images are never delivered. A private photo can be opened once, for a few seconds.

Saving, photographing or sharing someone else’s private photo breaks these terms and may be illegal.

The app blocks screenshots where the phone allows it. It cannot stop someone photographing a screen with another device. Only send what you would be comfortable with the other person keeping.

Safety

We do not run criminal background checks on members. Selfie verification (the Solid badge) only shows that someone’s selfie matched their photos. It does not confirm their identity or say anything about their character.

You are responsible for your interactions with other people, online and in person. Read the Safety center before meeting anyone.

Paid features

Paid plans are bought through the App Store or Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Refunds are handled by the store under its policies, except where the law gives you other rights.

Rewards from watching ads, such as extra Keeps or pose packs, have no cash value.

Removing intimate images and copyrighted content

If an intimate image of you was shared without your consent, whether or not you use Twilit, ask us to remove it: use “Remove an image” in the app’s Safety center (no account needed), jointwilit.app/takedown, or takedown@jointwilit.app. Tell us where it is, and who posted it if you know; you don’t need to send us the image. We act on valid requests within 48 hours and remove the copies we know of. If the person in it was under 18, we also report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect people.

Disclaimers and liability

Twilit is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you will meet anyone.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anyone’s conduct on or off the app. [LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, INDEMNITY AND DISPUTE-RESOLUTION TERMS TO BE WRITTEN WITH COUNSEL.]

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, the app will ask you to agree again before you continue.
