Community Guidelines

Twilit is for adults looking to meet people. These guidelines keep it kind, honest and safe. Breaking them can get content removed or an account banned.

Be you

• 18 or older, always.
• Recent photos of you. No one else, no celebrities, no AI-generated faces.
• One account per person. No bots, scripts or automation.

Be kind

• No harassment, bullying, threats or hate based on who someone is.
• Not feeling it? Unmatch (you can leave a kind Closure note), don’t insult.
• No means no, in chat and in person.

Photos and videos

• Profile photos and videos: no nudity or sexual content, no violence or gore, no hate symbols.
• Private photos in chat: only with someone who has said yes, never explicit, never pressured. Never save, photograph or share someone else’s.

Zero tolerance

• Anything sexual involving a minor: removed, the account banned and reported to the authorities.
• Sharing intimate images of someone without their consent, or threatening to (sextortion).
• Violence, or encouraging self-harm.

No selling, no scams

• Never ask for money, gift cards or crypto.
• No investment pitches, and no selling or promoting anything.
• No soliciting sex work, and no links to other paid services.

Meeting up

Chat here first, meet somewhere public, tell a friend, and get yourself there and home. The Safety center has more.

Reporting

Report anyone who breaks these guidelines: from their profile, a message or a photo. Reports are private. Our checks and our team review them, and several reports hide an account while it’s reviewed.
